Bob began helping people who were in foreclosure to sell their home via short sale or guided them to resources in order to keep their home. As the volume of foreclosures normalized he began working more frequently with families that were burdened with a deceased loved ones estate and saw this as a calling. With a team of probate attorneys, property managers, estate sale managers and financial planners, Bob has been able to assist countless families to spearhead the probate process with confidence and efficiency. Bob specializes in probate and turning these often times neglected properties into rare opportunities for first time home buyers to purchase a nice clean, safe home for their families. Bob and his team have done hundreds of transactions over the last 15+ years. Bob, his wife Amy, and his two sons, Walter and Charlie, live in Boise and enjoy working, camping, skiing and anything that involves the outdoors, friends and their family.
